1. Website use

This website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or advisory guidance, and should not be relied upon as such. Content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the AGDA™ methodology, is the intellectual property of Intervene Limited. Reuse, reproduction, or redistribution outside of fair-dealing citation is not permitted without explicit written consent.

2. Advisory services

Advisory services are scoped in writing before any work begins. No advisory relationship is created by correspondence, by an introductory call, or by access to this site. A relationship arises only on signature of a Master Services Agreement and an associated engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, fees, exclusions, and liability.

Findings, reports, and recommendations are issued for the named recipient and the named purpose. Onward distribution to third parties requires written consent. Intervene Limited accepts no liability for decisions taken by the client or by third parties on the basis of issued findings.

3. Confidentiality

All client correspondence and engagement material is treated as confidential from first contact, irrespective of whether an NDA has been signed. Information received in the course of an enquiry will not be shared, cited, or used for marketing purposes without explicit written consent. Confidentiality obligations bind both parties for five years from the close of an engagement.

4. Trademarks

AGDA™ is a trademark of Intervene Limited. The Intervene wordmark and mark are registered design assets of Intervene Group Ltd. Use of these marks outside the contexts permitted in the published brand guidelines is not authorised.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with this website or with services provided by Intervene Limited, save where a contract of engagement specifies otherwise.
